This central location atop Navy Hill offers the best beaches, stores & restaurants of Saipan within 5-10 minutes surrounded by serene jungle and an incredible ocean view of Manågaha. Car or Taxi recommended. “The scenery is breath taking! So clean & safe I was able to see the sun set & rise through the sliding doors & the endless sea. It's definitely a 10/10 you won't find a private place like this for the price. I slept at peace. I even booked an extra night just because it was that peaceful.

Located in the southwestern of Saipan, it is adjacent to the landmark Mount Carmel Cathedral on the island and covers an area of 214 square meters and a living room area of 98 square meters.
