Greetings! My friends and I manage a large, communally-oriented house in Beechwood, Waterloo. The house is a wellness sanctuary, so as part of that, there's a Yoga/meditation space, a float tank, sauna, and steam shower, a library/art/music room, a cat and a dog, ample greenery, bird feeders, spiritual/inspirational artwork, aromatherapy, and plenty else! A beautiful retreat type of atmosphere!! We're about a 10 minute walk to the University of Waterloo, and bus routes, so it's very convenient!

ברוכים הבאים לביתי העליז והחם בשכונת ביצ'ווד. ליהנות מגישה לכל האתרים ממקום האירוח הזה, שנמצא ממש במרכז. אינטרנט אלחוטי נהדר, מטבח משותף. חימום/מיזוג אוויר. אסור לעשן, אסור להביא חיות מחמד. הליכה של 5 דקות לקניונים. קרוב לאוניברסיטאות. * סלילת כבישים זמנית בין התאריכים 20 - 30 ביוני. הבית נגיש ברגל מתחנת האוטובוס הקרובה ביותר במרחק דקה אחת מהבית. אין מקום חניה מ -30 ביוני - אוגוסט. עצירה ב - Uber: שתי דקות הליכה מהבית, אעזור לך עם מזוודות/מזוודות.

We are happy to welcome you to our basement guest suite. The studio accommodation is a self contained basement unit with it's own side entrance (self isolated from main home) Located in a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood that is close to walking and bike trails, parks, uptown Waterloo and many hip and tech centric businesses. Not to mention only a couple of kilometers from two major universities, WLU and UofW.
