Location, location, location! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Enjoy two separate spacious deck areas with privacy fencing, charcoal grill, and outdoor hot/cold shower. Park and walk ... 0.3mi to beach & pier, shops, dining & sweet treats.

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. *Winter Rate Specials* Beautifully decorated, cozy 2 bedroom/1 bath home with lots of extra special touches. Located on the south end of the island near the pier, restaurants, IGA, shops, the back river and all things to love about Tybee. Two comfy beds and a memory foam sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, full size tub and shower plus an outdoor shower, private backyard and full size laundry. The closest beach access is 4 blocks and the back river sunsets are just a couple blocks away.
