ALL GUESTS MUST BE OVER 21!! The bedroom has a *new* queen sized bed with dual control mattress heater, dresser with mirror, and an armoire. The bedroom has outlets on all walls, a ceiling fan, a generously sized closet, and two windows that overlook the farm in the back. The current tenants are both adult females with 2 indoor cats and have lived in the home for 3+ years. The guest in the room next door is NB and has a black lab, service dog, that will be here with them until August 2022.

Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in the quaint, historic town of Cokedale, across from the Riley Canyon entrance of Lake Trinidad State Park, lies Potts Rocky Mountain Getaway. Off the scenic byway 'Highway of Legends' (Highway 12) and next to the Cokedale mining museum and post office, it's just 6 miles from the bustle of Trinidad with its restaurants, historic sites and shops (420 and other) and also 8 miles to Walmart in Starkville.
