A stone house surrounded by greenery, A Casa di Lucia is located 500 metres from the historic centre of San Severino Marche, with its ancient Cathedral and the Torre degli Smeducci tower. All rooms have a balcony. The rooms with shared bathroom are set on the upper floor, and have panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. A sweet breakfast is served daily and includes homemade cakes. This morning treat is served at the table in the breakfast room of A Casa di Lucia.

Our standard double offers comfort and tranquility. we paid attention to the choice of materials and furnishings, especially the quality of the mattresses. The bathroom with shower is large and well lit. the mattress can be divided and therefore become a solution with two single beds. The rooms are fully air-conditioned. wifi internet available and included in the price. a minibar is available. Smart TV. Currently our guest houses are composed by 5 different solutions displaced in two adjacent buildings close to the main square of the city of San Severino Marche.
