This is a non-smoking studio type cottage with a queen bed and futon. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, sink, double burner hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Kitchen essentials are provided. Bathroom towels and bedding are also provided. Cottage also has a grill, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. (SORRY, NO PETS. NO SMOKING, OR PARTIES ALLOWED. $400 fine)
Chassell beach is two blocks away, and hiking trails are 1 block. MTU is a 10 minute drive.

This historic building is formally known as the Chassell Community Center and was home to three consecutive state championship teams in the late 1950's. This beautiful piece of history was converted to residential living in February of 2022 and features a spacious open-concept layout, an upper and lower floor plan, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and modern finishes.
