Peaceful, quiet and warm friendly atmosphere
Detached house, garden, conservatory, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms to rent with king size and single beds, shared family bathroom, toilet downstairs. I live in so am on hand if needed. Central to shops national trust walks. Ample parking but due to work commitments may need discussions on this. A great place to chill in the sun trap garden which is well maintained and also 2 mile commute to M1 and M42

Cosy private studio apartment in Coalville close to shopping centre, takeaways and the local park. A perfect place equipped with necessities bringing you from home to home.
The recently refurbished property has its own large private car park used for our guests and residents only. Our rooms consists of either 1 double bed or two double beds, an Ensuite and a fully equipped kitchen. We also provide unlimited wifi!
