Whether you're a seasoned Artist - or just beginning, you'll be amazed at your own creativity during this Experience! I've had the privilege of living among the Red Rocks of Sedona area for 35 years. So I have a good grasp of where we can sit, peacefully in the magnificence of these giant monuments. I have a couple of destinations in mind. They're both short walks. Either way, we'll be shaded from the sun . . . if we choose! We'll break out the art materials that I've brought along. I will give a brief overview of Composition & Color . . . to ease into this Experience. We will probably draw the scene in pencil, first. Once you feel comfortable with your 'loose' drawing, then begins the painting magic! In a couple of hours, we will discuss our art finished masterpieces! Get ready, because there will be some surprises - as your art piece progresses! I don't want to give it ALL away - but I know you'll enjoy your Watercolor Experience 'en plein air' with me, as your guide. If it happens to rain on your day, we can go indoors, or re-arrange your time.

We will meet at a special vortex and take a short hike. The views are absolutely stunning. We will find a spot on the red rocks and you may relax and either sit or lie on a blanket under the heavenly blue sky and breathe in the smell of Juniper trees. (We can go to my healing studio on my horse ranch if it's too cold outside.) I will smudge you with sage and then give you a 1 hour energy reading & healing. You may ask any question you like. I will look at your soul clairvoyantly and tell you the colors and pictures I see that describe your life. This covers your overall health and happiness, which may include relationships, family, finances, career choices and/or past lives. Of course, I will give feedback as to how to get your life back on track, in the case it has strayed off-center from your alignment with Source. We will be E biking the Red Rock Loop Rd. where beautiful Cathedral Rock sits. Visiting a federal park and see unique sights along the way. Birdwatching, hiking, and cool photography are included in ride. The guide is knowledgeable about the area and knows the local secret spots to explore and photograph. You get the very best that Sedona offers and a great way to familiarize yourself with the area. The bikes are suitable for 14 yo and up and most fitness levels. Minimum 4’11”. It is optimum to be physically fit. The tour lasts 2-1/2-3 hours We bike most of the time, but take a few breaks to talk about the area, and small hiking excursions, excellent for taking exclusive photographic shots of Cathedral Rock and the Cathedral Rock Vortex. We visit Oak Creek and basque in the beautiful trees and beaches.

Please read below before booking!*** Although the view outside was spectacular, the passerbys now that come to play disc golf have often been very loud & negligent of the shared space, interrupting the sensitive nature of sound journeys So I only host outdoor experiences now for private parties/small groups upon specific request. Guests will arrive at designated address, where I will greet them. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. We will start by getting grounded with a light meditation, then a prayer circle of intention setting. I offer the option of administering rapay (pronounced hapeh) a blend of herbs and ground South American tobacco as a precursor and aid to the shamanic soundbath. I highly recommend partaking in it, as it PROFOUNDLY and immediately roots the spirit and body straight into the grid. We then begin facilitating a guided ceremony of psychosomatic therapy using sound bowls, chanting & shamanic drumming. For closing, I channel with/without my card deck, where I tap into the unconscious of each guest & communicate any messages that want to come through from the deep. Conscious breathing can aid in stress reduction and improve respiratory conditions. Doing this in our retreat center takes both Conscious Breathing and Meditation to another level. For many centuries yogis have used breath control, or pranayama, to promote concentration and improve vitality. Buddha advocated breath-meditation as a way to reach enlightenment. Science has only recently begun to study and prove some breathing practices are beneficial. Studies have found, for example, that breathing practices can help reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression. We will start the class with focused attention to the breath following specific breath techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the lymphatic system and to slow the brain waves to a low alpha or theta. I will be using a Tibetan Singing Bowl and guided visualization to enhance your experience. You will have the option to lay down or sit on cushions or on a chair. It will be a healing experience. Following the meditation, we will have the opportunity to share our experiences and you will be provided with guidance for continuing this practice on your own. This is a journey into our own hearts with horses holding the space. Horses are a mirror for LIFE Itself. What does this mean?
