Relax in this cosy newly renovated cottage on York Cove. Great views! It is a gateway to many tourist amenities. Quality wineries and orchards to the east and west. Beaches and heritage buildings close by. The property has a good sized yard within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. A path follows the Tamar River from George Town to Low Head (about 7 km). There is a new bike track and large children's playground nearby. Pets (dogs up to 10kg) are welcome, yard is fully fenced.

The house has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10 people; outside is a huge deck and space for many cars or even a game of cricket! Lagoon Beach is 20m from the gate and is perfect for young children; or if you prefer a surf beach, 'East' is a 5 minute stroll from the back gate.
