Cozy, beautiful lakefront 2 bedroom + sleeping flex space on a 1/2 acre lot on Heffley Lake, perfect for one to two families (max number of adults is 4, no exceptions). The home has a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous deck and only steps from the lake and dedicated dock. This two floor home has 1.5 bathrooms, wood and electric fireplaces. We have WIFI, Netflix via apple boxes (guest use own accounts) as well as books, games and puzzles for guest use. No cell service, landline available.

Non smoking unit. Bright, new suite with all the amenities. Lake front property 15 min from Sun Peaks. Very cozy welcoming suite, away from the busy Mtn. Suite is suitable for single or couple. Private suite on our property. Fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you will need. Full bath with a lovely deep soaker tub and rain shower. Shared hot tub available that looks out over the lake.

Rudy's Rustic Cabin
Artfully crafted cabin beside a small pond in the forest. Wake up to soft forest light and singing birds. The enclosed porch features huge windows that can be fully opened for an outside feel. The property is lakefront and guests have access to a small non motor lake where they can paddle, float and swim. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks, surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and lots of outdoor activities.
