This holiday house with heated pool is part of a beautiful domain in Lanas; a small village about 40 km from Privas and not far from the Gorges de l'Ardèche. You will stay there comfortably with the family. The property is located in the heart of the characteristic garrigue vegetation, so the internet connection is not always reliable. Just 8 km from Balazuc is the beautiful Lanas. Stroll around the local Sunday market in good weather and visit the festival with fireworks in September. Interesting sights such as the Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet cave and the valley of Ibie are also worth a visit. Enjoy relaxing moments on the private terrace with attractive furniture and a plancha. The beautiful swimming pool offers coolness on hot summer days and is shared with the second holiday home (bookable under reference FR-07200-16). Vous apprécierez notre logement très "cocoon" et atypique au bord de l'Ardèche. Situé au cœur d'un très beau village "Lanas", le studio est fonctionnel et idéal pour 2 personnes. De plain pied, il a une entrée indépendante, sur une cour fermée (utile si vous avez des vélos)... L'appartement se compose d'un coin cuisine/repas tout équipé + wc/sdb et une chambre avec 1 lit confort Queen size (160×200cm). Celle ci est ouverte sur une grande terrasse bien exposée, pour le farniente ! "Bon séjour"
