This is a recently renovated 100 year old bungalow located in York Harbour on route 450 West from Corner Brook .
York Harbour has a population of 350 , has very scenic views and hiking trails overlooking the Bay of Islands.
Oceanside Place is situated within 150 feet of the waters edge.
There is WiFi at the premises but may not support video conference calling .
There is now cel service in the community but limited in my particular area. There is a landline for local calls .
