Our home is special because it is located only a ten minute walk away from a charming downtown and within driving distance to some of the best coastline, wineries, farmers markets, and hiking that Oregon has to offer. Decor is a working artist's studio with two queen beds, a large, round, oak card table, chairs and wood pellet stove. Toddlers could be in danger with the stove in the winter. Incredible views. Glass windows on west view. Farm is 12 miles to McMinnville and an hour and fifteen minutes to Portland. Animals for petting. Horses, Nigerian goats, dogs, cats and chickens. Farm is very quiet and Zen-like. Suitable for resting, meditating or getting rid of city stress. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Only 45 minutes from Lincoln City (coast. Master bedroom with queen bed, full private bath. Laundry on site, full use of kitchen and living room. Wifi , ATM's, hospital, grocery store and Walmart within blocks. No cats and only one small dog may stay upon prior approval.
