Ivy Cottage is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Mountblairy Estate. The cottage is a peaceful retreat for anyone who would like a relaxing break in the countryside. The River Deveron runs through the Estate and there are some wonderful walks that can be enjoyed along the river or through the extensive woodland. The Cottage is also now only powered by renewable electricity. Fishing can be booked separately on River Deveron.

The Bothy is a recently renovated property. It has been completed to a very high standard and features a double bedroom and en-suite shower room. The property stands alone and is perfect for post pandemic breaks. Parking is specifically for the property and is off road. Food can be provided if required.
