Peaceful and tidy house on a new residential estate. Perfect for short stays (longer term considered by request).
Situated in the village of Poringland just 5 miles south east of Norwich city. Hourly bus route into the city in 15 mins. Cycle in 30 mins. Poringland has the essential shops.
Single 4ft bed with new comfortable memory foam topped spring mattress.
Please note I live with a cat, although he does sleep downstairs at night.
