VUT-3209-AS. This spacious, apartment with gorgeous mountain views is right on the edge of the old town; the cathedral & the old El Fontan market are just 3 mins walk away. There's a terrace, free wifi, laundry & smart TV. (*Please note it's on a 4th floor with no elevator). We have a SMALL parking space (212x450) free to use for guests in the building directly across the road. If your car is bigger theres a parking building for around €120 a month a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Apartment in an area with all services and close to everywhere. Very well distributed. Spacious and bright living room and organized and equipped kitchen. Bathroom with large shower.
Posada de Llanera capital of the council, good services - supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, leisure areas. Strategic place to get everywhere. A quiet place with excellent communication by roads and public transport. Good restoration with cider houses Asturian homemade food.
