Modest riverfront cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. Three bedrooms, sleeps six; 2 double, and a bunk bed. 20 mins away from Orillia, and 30 from Gravenhurst. Situated on a canal joining Sparrow lake and lake Couchiching. We are on the river with private access, disregard the map on the app, it's not accurate. Please read the listing details, if you miss important information, please do not make a complaint about it later. Please note for long weekends we only accept Fri - Mon bookings.

Enjoy a warm and welcoming night in the historic Severn Inn. Just 1.5 hours from Toronto. We want to share our 115 year old home and Severn river waterfront with you. Come and relax by the water, go for a swim or fish. Enjoy easy access to Torrance Barrens, golf, popular shops and restaurants from this charming place, the gateway to Muskoka. Centrally located and right off hwy 11 makes us easy to find. Come make lasting memories in a piece of history that opened up Muskoka for all to enjoy!

Modest riverfront cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a low ceiling loft accessible by ladder with 2 single beds or a futon in the living room, sleeps 4 in total. 20 mins north of Orillia situated on a long canal adjoining 2 lakes. Great for families or small sized groups. We are directly on the river with private access, disregard the map provided by Airbnb, it is inaccurate. Please note for long weekends we only accept minimum Fri - Mon bookings.
