Rosita Heights cabin is on top of a hill, at 8,800 ft. elevation offering panoramic views of the Sangre de Cristos & Wet Mountain Valley. The master is on the second level and opens to deck with amazing views. This semi-rustic log cabin sleeps 6-8. It's not a Marriott, nor are you paying 4-star hotel prices. Do not expect new flooring and furniture. This is casual, relaxed living. A play & slumber room has 4 twin beds, + a futons & lots of room for romping or gaming. A maximum of 6 adults is advised. Inquire added 1 or 2 kids. 80 Mbps (down) Internet service available. TV in living room is equipped for streaming. Hot tub available year round. From November through February a $25/stay fee applies for those planning to use the tub. 8 acres assures privacy, quite & bountiful wildlife, but do not wander onto neighboring properties. The more protective neighbor marks his property lines very well. Pets welcome, but a fee of $40/dog/stay is charged. Two dog maximum. A Pet Fee option pops up on most booking platforms.
