The enclosed porch features huge windows that can be fully opened for an outside feel. The property is lakefront and guests have access to a small non motor lake where they can paddle, float and swim. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks, surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and lots of outdoor activities.

We have WIFI, Netflix via apple boxes (guest use own accounts) as well as books, games and puzzles for guest use. No cell service, landline available.
