A delightful self-contained Garden Room in the peaceful village of Graffham with lovely rural views, being just a couple of minutes' walk from the popular village shop which supplies a large variety of fresh food and a continental breakfast, as well as walking distance from two excellent pubs. Its a wonderful base to explore the South Downs by foot or bike, or visit the antique shops of Petworth, Petworth House, polo in Midhurst, West Dean Gardens, Parham House, motor & horse racing at Goodwood.

Orchard cottage, a beautiful 15th century Cottage
The property is a one story barn conversion, that has been totally restored and refurbished beautifully, recently. The decor is in keeping with the character of the cottage, with calm neutral colours to complement the beamed rooms.
The accommodation encompasses two double bedrooms with en suits, one a bathroom and the other a shower room.
The lounge/ kitchen areas are relaxing and comfortable, with bi folding doors leading to a small courtyard garden. The property benefits from sky tv and WiFi.
