Ground floor flat period conversion & garden lovely traditional homely feel, PERFECT LOCATION for the central London with the central line just a minutes walk away. Wander around Wanstead Villages many local shops, cafes, pubs & restaurants for the foodies. Lots of green areas in Epping forest for walks, a kids play area too. Farmers Market on the 1st Sunday of the month. There is a basic travel cot for a little one. Supermarkets (Marks & Spencer/CoOp) within walking distance of a few minutes.

Nice and Quiet; close to cafes and central line
A large room with brand new furniture (double bed from John Lewis), a study desk, wifi and a comfortable large arm chair... There is a pedestal air fan in the room.
The flat is two minutes away from Wanstead High Street, where you can have your coffee, buy food or meet with friends and it is a few minutes from Snaresbook tube station. Central line is great.
Neighbourhood is very nice and friendly.
