My home is my Paradise in sunny Florida. It is very quiet. There is a tv with Dish Cable and WiFi. You can watch a lot of live sports and live tv. You can enjoy sitting in the lanai in the fenced in backyard and watch the red cardinals and squirrels. You can drive to Warm Mineral Springs, 6 minutes from my home. 1.7 miles. North Port Aquatics, Venice beach, Englewood beach. A close drive to shopping and restaurants. Close to I-75 and Tamiami Trail. I am 40 minutes South of Sarasota.

Studio apt in 4 units resort. it has 2 twin size beds that can be put together upon request. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, etc). TV and wireless internet provided.
Big screened porch is shared by all units. Plenty of parking space.
The resort is running on well water system. The tap water is not recommended for cooking and/or drinking. Drinking water will be provided.
