Welcome to Black Creek Cottages - Unit #1. Less than 2 miles off I-795 and 8 miles from I-95!! Perfect place to stop if traveling far. Private studio tiny house with mini kitchen, loft bed, full bathroom, plus access to laundry room. This is a private one room tiny home with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There is one other tiny home and a larger Guest House for guests near this guest house and our family’s home is on the property as well. Please note: The bed is LOFTED.

Our Carriage home has vaulted ceilings throughout, a spacious living room, and large bedroom. Home does not have a kitchen* We’re pet friendly. Non-shedding breeds: $40 fee (each) Shedding breeds: $100 fee (each) Please do not bring a pet on our property without permission. Your pet is considered a guest so your pet should be in the system when you book. Ex: If it’s only you and your pet, it would be 1 adult, 1 pet.
