A lovely ensuite room overlooking our garden, with a terrace to sit out on (weather permitting!).
The garden room is a converted room on the lower floor of our house. We live in the house upstairs and will be around during your stay.
We have three friendly cats who may come to visit you if you sit out on the patio. We don't allow them in the garden room but they do live in our house - so please don't book if you are allergic to cats!
Continental breakfast included and there's a kettle too.

Canal Cottage is situated in the picturesque and tranquil village of Bathampton. Nestling on the banks of the Kennet and Avon Canal, the Cottage is perfectly located in the countryside, yet is only 2 miles from the World Heritage City of Bath.
You can reach Bath in 5 mins by car or you can stroll in along the canal tow path with its abundance of wildlife including ducks, swans and the occasional heron. Walking into Bath takes about 30 mins or if you bring your cycles it will take you 15 minutes.

Room in Bathampton free parking
A simple single room in a quiet terrace house in Bathampton. Free parking available. Guests will have access to the bedroom and upstairs bathroom. I live quietly and am in and out of the house during the day.
Bathampton is a lovely village 3 miles from Bath. An easy 45min level walk along the canal path or the number 11/D1 bus takes you to the city centre.
Many beautiful, easily accessible country walks. Pubs, village cafes and shops nearby. Happy to help with local information.
