The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

Converted stable, modern cozy studio apartment. Walk in shower , kitchenette with microwave, kettle, Toaster, Fridge. Accommodates 4 people King size bed and single bed and a sofa bed for the 4th person. Really nice quiet area lots of garden space .Bus stops are at the end of the drive for a convienient way to access York centre which is just 3.5 miles away.

Lovely victorian terraced house called Crown Cottage just outside York. 2 minutes away the Number 1 bus takes you straight into York centre and also drops off outside York railway station. Buses run every 12 minutes weekdays and 20 mins at weekends so park your car and explore wonderful York. It's really peaceful here. Round the corner in the village are shops, restaurants, cafes and the famous Millers fish restaurant and takeaway. The beautiful white room can be yours. Come and visit me.
