Surrounded by an age-old garden, Villa Allegra is an elegant stone and granite Manor House built in 1885, located on a breathtaking hill top overlooking Orta Lake and the impressive Mount Rosa, just a few hundreds meters from the historic and picturesque village of Miasino.
Beside the owners’ residence, the Manor House houses four independent suites: Casa Vale, Casa Clò, Casa Balè and Casa Serra.

This 70 sqm cosy apartment with high wood ceilings, opens up onto the back yard of Villa Allegra.
A romantic vaulted porch furnished with a balinese sofa, table and chairs, leads to the living room and the kitchenette. A spacious double bed bedroom with fireplace and a peculiar bathroom with shower complete the apartment.
Guest can also relax on the front garden lawn overlooking the lake using an area of the garden furnished with tek deckchairs and table end chairs.

Besides from being the ideal place where to relax, Villa Allegra area offers many different possibilities to spend one’s time.
Tennis, horse riding, bikying, trekking can be easily done in the nearby. When down to the lake it is possible to sail, water sky, dive, swim and sun-bath along its shores.
Rafting, canoeying and hydrospeed can be organized along Sesia River.
It is interesting to spend one day in one of the Valleys near Mount Rosa, trekking on the mountains and discovering the rich cultural traditions of the Valser population living there.
Winter skiing is very popular in the area: either in Mottarone, half hour from Villa Allegra or in one of the various winter resort of Monte Rosa: Macugnaga, Alagna or Domodossola.
There are four different golf corses all located very close to Miasino.
One can visit Magiore Lake, its astonishing parks and Villas and its unforgettable Islands.
Shopping-addicts can have fun in one of the various outlets of the area.
For those who are lazy, life will be much easier: just go to the front lawn of Villa Allegra, lay down on one deck-chair and enjoy the view on Orta Lake and Mount Rosa.

Orta San Giulio liegt am Ostufer des Ortasees (Lago d'Orta) auf einer in den See hineinragenden Landzunge und ist ein bedeutender Fremdenverkehrsort mit malerischer Altstadt. Der Hauptplatz des Ortes ist die Piazza Motta, an der auch die Schiffe zur Isola San Giulio anlegen. Seit 1228 findet hier jeden Mittwoch der Wochenmarkt statt.
Oberhalb des Ortes erhebt sich ein Hügel, der Sacro Monte d’Orta, der Teil des UNESCO-Welterbes Sacri Monti ist.
Am malerischen Ortasee liegt unsere Villa Orta mit 4 Ferienwohnungen. Das ca. 5.000 m² große Grundstück ist bewachsen mit Palmen und Obstbäumen. Ein eigener Bade- und Bootsplatz ist vorhanden. Vom Haus haben Sie einen unverbauten Blick auf die Insel St. Giulio und die gegenüberliegenden Berge.
Alle Wohnungen wurden 2015/2016 komplett neu renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet worden.
