Beautiful walking trails are close by as are Bean North coffee shop, the Yukon Wildlife Preserve and the Takhini Hot Springs.
Great view of the dark sky for northern lights viewing in winter from inside or outside on the large deck, or in the yard at the dedicated fire pit.

See the neighbourhood or stay in and play some billiards. Trails right off the property provide short day hike or biking opportunities and skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
