My place is a short 10 minute walk to Jan Juc surf beach and the Surf Coast Walk/Cycle track to Bells Beach. It's a mere 200 metres to RACV world class golf course and restaurant. The Cottage is a well equipped with quality furniture and a modern fit out. The neighbourhood is quiet. It’s a good base from which to explore The Great Ocean Road, surf at a variety of beach breaks, cycle or walk along the Surf Coast Walk and National Park tracks, or just check out the abundant shops and eateries.
