Our stay at 33 Cannon St., #1 was awesome! The room itself was perfect—nice sitting area with two chairs, footrest, dining counter, chest of drawers, and double closet.
The kitchenette was remarkably equipped—small cooktop, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, plates/cutlery/glassware, toaster oven and microwave.
The bed was super comfortable and the sleeping room can be completely closed off via a large pocket door.
The bathroom is large and well-equipped.
The pool is in a peaceful oasis and looked lovely but we did not find time to try it given how much we were doing!
What set this visit apart is the attention to detail:
Shortly before our arrival, we got a text informing us that a work truck was in our parking space, instructing us to use another numbered spot;
The kitchen was very well equipped and included dish soap, counter spray and paper towels.
The freezer had fresh ice cubes in both trays
There was a Brita pitcher in the fridge

Good location, within walking distance to King Street and the water.

This place was perfect for us. Although other reviewers found the bathroom small we absolutely loved it. It is bigger than our bathroom in our Brooklyn apartment. The location is great. You can easily walk to so many spots which is something we really value. Of note, Babas on Cannon (great coffee and banana bread), Bad Bunnies Coffee (no relation to the awesome musician), Stella's (greek), Millers All Day (a bit of a walk, but we needed it after all we ate) Uncorked (a self serve wine bar with some great wines).
Communication with the hosts was easy and clear. I was hesitant to click on links they sent to fill out some additional information for them, but it was legit. Overall I recommend this place.
