Magical, Perfect, and Full of Love!
Our expectations were far exceeded! The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm is an absolute treasure.
Martha and David are the warmest and most attentive hosts one could wish for – hospitality lived out!
The cleanliness was spotless (5 stars!), and the house is decorated with so much taste and attention to detail that you immediately feel like you're on vacation. Every corner is thoughtfully arranged. My daughter and myself had a wonderful time. Also her dog Enzo felt completely at home, too. We can warmly recommend this accommodation and we are definitely coming back!

Remarkable being able to enjoy the country feel so close to the parts of Greenville we want to access. Great hosts (including the goats, cows, and dog)!

LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay in the cottage at Martha's farm! Everything was perfect, right down to the adorable goats, Toffee and Rocky Road, that meet you at the gate when you arrive. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and homey. There were fresh eggs from their hens, as well as a variety of snacks, waiting for us in the kitchen, and everything else we could need for our stay. Martha and David were lovely, and very helpful with questions about things to do in the area. I could go on forever, but I would definitely stay there again!

Martha and David were so welcoming, as were the goats who ran right up to the fence to greet us as soon as we arrived. The cottage is adorable. I loved all of the unique artwork and listening to old vinyls on the turntable. We were welcomed with fresh orange juice and eggs from the farm as well as a dog treat with a personal note to our dog CharliGirl. It was the perfect stay while we had business in Greenville and we hope to stay there again soon.
