Trendy cafe and bar at the ground level of the building lobby. A great work spot and perfect for a happy hour cocktail.

This restaurant / bar is just solid all around. Nice food, fun atmosphere, and great drinks. There's also a happy hour on weekdays from 4-6pm. The best part, it's literally next door to the loft.
