Downtown Panama City (Harrison Ave in particular) has great local shops, coffee at The Press, and several yummy restaurants. It has been recovering since getting damaged badly from Hurricane Michael, but it is a really up-and-coming area that just keeps getting better and better. My girls love the Center for the Arts there as well!

Downtown is a great place to go visit. Everyone comes to see the beaches but did you know that there is a growing downtown area waiting on you to explore.

Downtown Panama City has some excellent restaurants, bars, live music, shopping, events, and a weekly farmers market. New venues are being added often--truly worth the 5 minute drive from St Andrews.
