Bridge Bread is a socially conscious bakery that employs people experiencing homelessness and allows them to join with minimal training and minimal commitment, thus accepting them as they are. Three quarters of the income goes to the bakers. At the end of the night, Bridge Bread hands out what's left to the local homeless population of Cherokee street. They also make a smack on brownie.
