A good choice if you want some old-school Mexican food in a funky, fun environment. Awesome chips and salsa! Gilbert's has been around forever and it's a local favorite. It's cash only but they have an ATM.

CASH ONLY (but they have an ATM). My favorite is the Super grande burrito (they also have a mini super grande burrito, which is also exceptionally large). Delicious drinks, and an authentic Mexican restaurant (and a santa monica staple).

Great Mexican food and Margaritas with outdoor seating. This family restaurant is super fun - it will not disappoint.
