NYDC produces spirits from local rye, corn, and juniper. They distill a very small amount of locally handcrafted spirits which change yearly. Currently, they are offering three different gins, and three rye whiskeys. They offer tours of the facility with a full tasting during the evenings on weekdays and from 230-6pm on Saturday and Sunday. Their bar makes incredible classic and modern mixology cocktails using their locally produced spirits :D

Worth the trek to Brooklyn for a visit to this great distilling co and bar. Try the Dorothy Parker Gin and you'll be ready to do the rest of Brooklyn in good spirits...
