Great place in Downtown Raleigh that offers yummy vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other amazing food that will make everyone happy! Their wings, fries and creme brulee are my favorite!

Serving Triangle folks since 1975, Irregardless Cafe is an authentic Raleigh experience, offering “Farm to Table” meals sourced from their own ‘Well Fed Community Garden’. Known for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus, their eclectic offerings also accent beef, lamb, poultry, duck & seafood dishes. Folks enjoy live music while dining and now Saturday night offers dinner music early and Jazz Club ‘shows’ from 9 pm to midnight. My husband and I like to go salsa dancing here on Thursdays.
