500 W 7th St. ( Laid back, friendly, Italian-style coffee house. Pour overs, French press, espressos, cafe au lait, etc. They also have a variety of tea options, and good paninis and pastries. Tip: just moved to a new spot. Plenty of free parking. Across the street from a downtown park.

This is a great spot in downtown that's a little ways from the busier part of downtown. There's free parking in a lot north of the building, just remember to get your ticket validated.
