A beautiful campus carved out of a historic warehouse and manufacturing district on Pacific Avenue. Across the street from Union Station, Washington State History Museum.

If downtown, walk by the UW campus in Tacoma. They have done a great job reclaiming old warehouses and developing the area. Near museums and old brewery district, which is seeing a bit of a revival
