Super-close deli (just around corner) with great sandwiches and really great coffee. Great for a quick to-go bite or just a cup of coffee

Small grocery with a deli and coffee. Secret back garden with picnic tables. Work space friendly. Busy. Try the gauc. or the vegan treats, or salmon and lox bagel is a steal! Don't forget to tip!
