Historic township with castle. Lots of eating places. Craft shop. Made famous by Dillan Thomas and filming of "Keeping Faith" Beautiful views of Taf estuary and coastline.

Park up on a early morning and enjoy the wonderful views, the walk to Dylan Thomas home is amazing . Tea scones and a little bit of history takes your breath away.

Laugharne is a quaint village where Dylan Thomas lived and wrote his poetry. Go on a tour of his house and sample the welsh foods including Cawl and welsh cakes. Visit the Owl an Pussycat tearooms which is pet friendly and the food is to die for well worth a visit.
