The longhorn Saloon is more of a tavern than restaurant. It's a 21 and over kind of place. The food is more tavernish than restaurantish. (if those are words) They have an outdoor patio like everyplace in Edison.

Good Oyster Burgers on the back Patio! This is in Edison and the back patio is on the slough. It's about an hours paddle by Kayak ,if you can find the right waterway in, but worth it.

One of our best local dive bars. Small old west style saloon bar just a mile and a half south east of exit 208 off of interstate 5. Very low-key, eclectic crowd, mostly locals or regulars. Very neat place to visit if you’re looking for a relaxed environment and a beer or cocktail just to wind down! Super friendly staff and a great bar food style menu. This place has a definite small-town country charm to it. Taco Tuesdays on Tuesday is a popular time for $2 tacos, karaoke on weds nights.
